SIM DOWN FOR MOST OF THE DAY
Yesterday, 13 November, after the weekly rolling restart, Poppy Isle didn't restart.  A ticket was finally raised and I'm told a Linden visited to make certain all was ok.  Total down time was at least 16 hours and for all I know, some junior tech forgot to plug us back in.  Wasn't that long ago that the rolling restarts were monthly and lasted somewhere between 10-20 minutes.  Now they are weekly and last at least an hour or more.  In this case, 16 hours.  Thanks, LL, we appreciate the things that you do for us or we wouldn't keep coming back however, it is things like this that make one wonder if the money spent is worth it.
