Mer costumes moved

I've moved the free mer costumes to the mergarden.  Seems more appropriate.  Don't forget that they are free and baiscally suited for would be mermen as well as maids.  They are made available by Ethereal Faerye and are meant as starter or occasional use only.  Just click on the easel and choose Buy. The cost a free, don't forget.  Included in the package you'll find a landmark in case you want to purchase a more extensive set
